Hi there!  I'm thrilled to be guest designing for Doodles Paper Playground and White Rose Crafts.  My sweet friend, Amber MacMurtry, recently asked me to try some of her gorgeous sequin mixes, which are sold exclusively by White Rose Crafts.  I have to tell you:  These mixes are so colorful and cool!  Amber has put together some truly unique mixes, and I will definitely be using more in the future!

For this card, I just had to play with the coolest mix ever - Unicorn Sparkle Blend.  I paired it with this cute dog from Mama Elephant, which I colored with Copics.

I ink-blended a panel of Bristol paper with Tumbled Glass distress ink and MFT Stamps' Cloud Stencil.  The balloon shape was die-cut with Whimsy Stamps' Big Balloon Celebrations Die.  To create the pink of the balloon, I inked up my card with Picked Raspberry distress ink.

After assembling my shaker, I drew the balloon string with a black Sharpie and popped up the doggie with foam tape.  Using my MISTI, I stamped a sentiment from the Mama Elephant set in black.
