You're My Lucky Charm

You're My Lucky Charm

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I stamped all my images from the Lawn Fawn Stamp set My Lucky Charm
and colored them with copic markers.

I cut my panels and stamped my sentiment.

I added a single layer of foam tape and placed my images on the top panel,
it is much easier to add them before assembling your shaker.

I measured out my sequins and added the top panel.
I also added a few sequins to the front of the card for that extra sparkle!

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

For this project I used the Good Luck Charm sparkle blend.

I love this blend! Green is my favorite and I love the bits of gold in it!

Wild Shaker

Greetings! Alison here. Today, I've got a new shaker card to share with you. I was inspired by some of the Windowrama stamps and dies from Stampendous. Specifically, the Elephant stamp with the Giraffe dies. Those items helped me choose my Sparkle Blend from Doodles Paper Playground, which is Good Luck Charm.
I started off by coloring the elephant with Memento Markers and die cutting him. For the top layer of my shaker, I used Memementos as well, but I also added the 6 x 6 Crackle Stamp with the Fresh Greens Kaleidacolor inks for some additional texture.
Behind the shaker window, I used a piece of glossy cardstock that I applied alcohol ink from Ranger to some time ago. Since the alcohol ink was ponced on to the cardstock, it gives the illusion of a rain forest canopy. The Good Luck Charm Sparkle Blend has some really wonderful shades of green, gold, and silver that made the background pop.
My card base is white, and I applied some brown textured cardstock on top, and rubbed Golden Glitz Delicata ink on top, to bring out the texture. My sentiment is on Kraft cardstock from an older Stampendous set.
I love this cheerful little elephant. And what's happier than a shaker card? The Good Luck Charm Sparkle Blend really brought all of my elements together. Have you used this Blend before? Head on over to White Rose Crafts LLC to see it and all of the other available Sparkle Blends. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!

I stamped my image from Mommy Lhey and colored with copic markers.

I die cut all my panels and shaker pieces. . .

 layered my base panels . . .

And used a double layer of foam tape on my shaker window
and laid out my sequins.

I love how full this shaker is!
I wanted to get all the great bits of this shaker mix in the card. . .

I stamped my word and white heat embossed it.
I die cut it out to look like a ticket stub.

I attached my word and my lucky lady to my card.

I used the Good Luck Charm blend on this card. . .
Obviously perfect for St. Patrick day cards!

You're My Lucky Charm

You're My Lucky Charm

I got the new interactive die from Lawn Fawn and just had to try it out!
Here are my to pictures, I use the My Lucky Charm set from Lawn Fawn
I colored the images with copic markers

Here is the base all put together. . .
So logically the next thing I thought was "How can I make this into a shaker?"

I die cut two more frames, and put acetate on both of them.

I used a single layer of foam tape on one frame and added my sequins. . .
I didn't add a lot because I didn't want to cover up the sliding picture.
I place the second frame and acetate on top. .

Basically, I made a see though shaker piece. . .
I didn't want the sequins to get caught up in the sliding image.

I placed the shaker piece on top of the frame I already had there. . .

I cut my base panels and layered them together. . .

I attached the picture slider with a layer of foam tape.
I added more sequins to the front of the card.

Lucky Birthday

Hey guys, Kelli here today with a card featuring the Good Luck Charm Sparkle Blend.  This limited edition blend is awesome and you can only get it at White Rose Crafts

Here is the card I made...

I love the colors in this blend!  I used my scan n cut 2 again to cut out the shaker portion of the card.  I added two different colors of green and white twine to the card and adhered a horse shoe from the blend to the middle of the bow!

Remember to head over to White Rose Crafts LLC to pick up this and other limited edition sparkle blends!!!
