Girl Bunny Shaker

Greetings! If you caught my post from a few days ago, you would have seen the Boy Bunny Shaker card that I made for Phoenix. I promised that I would share Rhiannon's too, so today is the day. For her card, I used the Easter Basket Anya from The Greeting Farm, along with the Intergalactic Sparkle Blend from Doodles Paper Playground. This card has a very different feel to it because of the deep colors that I used.
As usual, I started by coloring my image. That's how I decide on everything else for my card. I colored her with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens and then cut her out.
I always have a bunch of backgrounds that i made in my stash, so I decided to see if there was anything that worked with this colored image. I found an alcohol ink background that I thought worked perfectly! This then led me to check out my Sparkle Blends, and I immediately chose Intergalactic.
The colors are so bold, and there are lots of small holographic hexagons which really makes this Blend light up. It's beautiful, and I knew Rhiannon would love it on this card. I love all of the different stars in it too.

I've got lots more shakers to share with you this month, all with a simple layout like this one. But, I plan on making a few more complicated ones soon. Have you checked out the new Sparkle Blends Shop yet? Be sure to use my code, “ALISON10” for 10% off of your total order, with no minimum. Head on over to see all of the Blends that are currently available. Thanks so much for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!

Stellar Human

Hi, it's Phoenix. I needed to make a "thank you" card for someone. I found the"Intergalactic" Sparkle Blend and I liked the colors a lot. My mom suggested the sentiment at the top (of the card) and I decided that it would work really well on the card.
I wanted a graphic looking card, so I used the "Hex Yeah" stamp and die set from CZ Designs and Simon Says Stamp. First, I die cut the hexagons in the gray cardstock and a sheet of craft foam (so that I didn't have to use foam tape). Next, I stamped the 3 black hexagons. Then I added my sentiment which is from Simple Sentiments No. 1.
I really like the diverse colors in the "Intergalactic" Sparkle Blend. I also like the different shapes. I especially like the fact that there are tiny hexagons in it. They go really well with my card.
Now I was ready to assemble the card. I used a white card base and built the shaker o top of that.
I think that the card turned out fabulously. The person who received it really liked it. You can take a look at all the Sparkle Blends at the White Rose Crafts store. Thanks for visiting!

Fairy Dust

Hey Guys, Kelli here today!!  I know it's been a while.  I hurt myself a while back and I am super grateful to Amber and the Doodles team for giving me the time I needed to heal!!!  I am not 100% yet but so much better than I was!!!  So on to the project!!!!

Today I am sharing a Mini album I made using just 1 sheet of 12 x 12 cardstock and some G45 patterned paper!  The closure is a belly band I made that is all shaker!!!

Here is the mini album.  The G45 paper line is called Fairy Dust and I got mine from White Rose Crafts llc.    The size of my album is 4x4 and it is the perfect size for a brag book!!!
Here is the front of the album with the belly band removed.  I used the Rosey Gold sparkle blend as well as the Intergalatic sparkle blend

Here is the mini album opened up with tuck spots and pockets and flaps, and yes its only one sheet of 12 x 12!!!

Here is the back of the album!!!

Remember that you can only find these limited edition sparkle blends at White Rose Crafts LLC!

Have an Out Of This World Birthday

Have an Out Of This World Birthday
Fawntastic Creations

I used alcohol ink paper and micro glaze for this background.
I laid down my layer of color and sealed it with the micro glaze.

I added  few layers of chipped sapphire and black soot
and my galaxy star flecks using Finetec Iridescent paint
and some perfect pearls water then I sealed it again with the micro glaze.

I die cut all of my panels. . .

Stamped and colored my images. . .

I used the Lawn Fawn Pull Tab add on to create the interactive
portion of my card. . .
I used acetate to give my self more pop up options. . .

I attached the images to the slider base.
the space ship will go on the little front panel.

I white heat embossed the sentiment.
To get rid of the anti static residue I just buff my panel
with my black soot distress blending tool.

Now everything is ready to assemble. . .
I attached the sentiment panel with a single layer of foam tape
so the images have plenty of sliding space.
I also used a single layer of foam tap between the galaxy panel
and the base panel and to finish the card I added some matching sequins.
I attached it to a top folding card base.

Here is the card with the images hidden.
I love how this card turned out!

On this card I used sequins from
This is one of my favorite mixes! I love all the different star sizes and colors!
